Can I fill out an application now for the next available apartment?

No, our apartments are rented on a first come, first served basis.  You are only able to complete the online application is there is an apartment available.

Do I have to pay anything before I can move in?

Yes, we require first month’s rent and a security deposit to be paid before moving in.

Do you allow pets?

We permit up to 2 pets in an apartment when the renter qualifies and agrees to the terms of our pet addendum.  The monthly fee is $40 per cat or dog.

Do you have a wait list?

No, we do not have a wait list.  If there is a floorplan you’re interested in and there is no availability you will need to click on ‘Get Notified’ and this will put you on our Prospect Pipeline and send you an email the second a unit has become available.

How do I find out if there are any apartments available?

Visit our website at www.oldportliving.com and click on Unit Floorplans. Any available units will be listed there.

How much is the security deposit?

Your security deposit amount will be equal to one full month’s rent.

Is parking included?

No, parking is not included.  Parking is an extra $140 a month on a separate agreement.

Is there an application fee?

Whiles there is no application, there is a holding fee of $1,000 that is due before you are able to submit the application.  This holding fee is applied to your security deposit.

Typically, how much are electricity costs?

Estimated electricity costs are around $80-$100 per month.

What costs are the tenants responsibility?

The tenant is responsible for all costs except the water bill.  Everything in the apartment is electric so that is the only utility.  Cable/Internet will also be extra if that is something you’re interested in.
